61% of all children in Nevada are covered by Medicaid, including 32% of children with special health care needs.

Medicaid helps 23,000 of Nevada's babies get a healthy start each year.

Impact of ACA Repeal

371,000 Nevadans would lose coverage if the ACA were repealed.

Nevada would lose $16.4 billion in Federal funding
and pay more in uncompensated care costs.

Women would be charged more for health coverage just for being women.
Prior to the ACA, women in Nevada were charged
up to 45% more than men for the same coverage.

Approximately 1.2 million Nevadans with private health coverage
would lose guaranteed access to free preventative care
like immunizations and cancer screenings.
